Nick Martin is a respected veteran of the US Navy, graduating from Fort Lauderdale’s Cardinal Gibbons High school before completing his BA in business management. During this time he has developed the skills required to be a successful leader and created this firm with the desire to truly make a mark on the industry. He has curated the best craftsmen to come together and create an unparalleled product, while earning the trust of his clientele and the utmost respect of his team. He is actively involved in every project of Premier Construction and has the eye for detail that sets this firm apart.

Katherine "Katie" Martin

Katie Martin, the visionary owner of Premier Construction. With over a decade of experience in design and spatial planning, she has helped clients across California and Florida create homes that reflect their unique personalities. At Premier Construction, Katie oversees functional and aesthetic layout planning, ensuring every project aligns with clients' visions. She is deeply involved in day-to-day operations, ensuring each home meets the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. Believing that custom homes should showcase personal style and lifestyle needs, she brings this dedication to every Premier project.

Tom Martin
DIRECTOR OF CONSTRUCTION OPERATIONS
Tom Martin has over 35 years in the construction industry in South Florida. He creates the structure and processes necessary to manage Premier’s current construction activities and field operations, while also forming plans on how to staff and execute on our future project pipeline. Tom has a deep understanding of every phase of construction, proper sequencing and scheduling. He is responsible for managing all project and field personnel. Tom has a broad knowledge base of the neighborhoods throughout South Florida, along with a wide range of connections with our local vendors, which make him a great resource for our customers.
Our process

Stage 1
During this phase, clients will meet with the architect to create and finalize the new floorplan. Once approved, these plans will be signed and sealed. The design phase is crucial for a successful project, and Premier Construction provides clients with a recommended vendor list. Clients are responsible for scheduling appointments with vendor representatives to select finishes, which will then be provided to the contractor. Our in-house design team is available to assist clients in creating their ideal space, with pricing available upon request. Additionally, Premier Construction will handle the plan submittal process for city approval.

Stage 2
During this stage, the necessary permits are issued, and the project start date is determined. Additionally, all material selections have been finalized, and the required materials have been ordered in advance, ensuring a smooth and efficient construction process.

Stage 3
Premier Construction begins the project with a focus on maintaining a clean and organized job site. Clients are encouraged to address any questions or concerns directly with their project manager. Throughout the building process, clients can expect transparent communication from us. We will provide regular updates on inspection status and milestones achieved during each phase of the project.

Stage 4
Upon project completion, the final retainage payment is due. Clients are then responsible for creating punch out lists to address any minor items that may require additional attention. Once these tasks are completed, clients can fully enjoy their dream space for years to come. Additionally, we encourage clients to refer Premier Construction to their friends and family for their future construction needs.
